The 2025 Crisis Negotiator Challenge is a one-of-a-kind competition that puts crisis negotiation teams to the test in dynamic, high-pressure scenarios modeled after real-world incidents.

Over the course of a full day, teams will rotate through a series of live, simulated negotiations — each designed to assess communication, strategy, teamwork, and decision-making under stress. These are not tabletop exercises — they are immersive, actor-driven scenarios with layered intelligence, evolving threats, and realistic injects that mirror the complexities of today’s calls.

What to Expect:

Multiple Scenario Stations: Each team will face diverse situations ranging from suicidal subjects to barricaded suspects and emotionally volatile victims.

Live Role Players & Injects: Realistic characters and intelligence updates force teams to adapt and respond in real time.

Evaluated Performance: Experienced judges from across the country will evaluate each team’s tactics, communication, and crisis management skills.
